Ingredients:
  1. 1 cup sesame seeds (til)
  2. 1 cup jaggery powder (gul)
  3. 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (optional)
  4. 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional)
  5. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  6. Ghee for greasing hands
  • Roast Sesame Seeds:

Heat a pan over medium heat and dry roast the sesame seeds until they turn golden brown. Keep stirring to avoid burning. Once roasted, set them aside. Make powder of sesame powder.

In a bowl, combine the roasted sesame seeds powder, jaggery powder, desiccated coconut, crushed peanuts, and cardamom powder. Make sure the mixture is well combined.
